Chris is a founder of Wildbrine, an FFH-owned manufacturer of fermented sauerkrauts, kimchi, sriracha, and plant-based dairy items. Chris and his partner Rick Goldberg started Wildbrine in 2011, and sold to Fermented Food Holdings in 2021. Wildbrine was the second company started by Chris and Rick. Previously Chris and Rick started G&G Foods, a manufacturer of cheese spreads, dips, salsa, hummus, and prepared foods, which sold to GTCR in 2006.Earlier in in his career Chris held various brand management positions at CPG companies Clorox and Specialty Brands after graduating with his MBA and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the GMI and the University of Michigan.
