CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Jessica Moon is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Fermented Food Holdings, where she leads the HR function from the company's headquarters in Madison, WI. Jessica brings a wealth of experience from diverse industries, including packaging, healthcare device manufacturing, life sciences, and academia. Before joining FFH, she served as the CHRO at Plastic Ingenuity (PI), one of the nation's largest plastic thermoforming companies, also based in Madison. Prior to her tenure at PI, Jessica held various positions with GE Healthcare and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Her roles ranged from Manufacturing HR Leader to Global Business Partner, where she supported several organizations within these global companies. Earlier in her career, she spent several years in Student Services and Admissions at Purdue University, where she led the merit-based scholarship programs for undergraduate students.Jessica holds an MBA from Purdue University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She currently resides in Madison, WI, with her husband, daughter, and their dog.
