CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Mila brings over 15 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, and commercialization within the CPG industry. Her career has been driven by a deep passion for health and wellness, which she brings to her role as Chief Marketing Officer at FFH, where her mission is to make the taste and health benefits of fermented and functional foods accessible to everyone. Mila has worked with industry giants such as Johnson & Johnson, pioneered better-for-you beverage innovations at Molson Coors, and spearheaded marketing efforts for the plant-based protein brand Field Roast. Most recently, she led the marketing strategy for KinderFarms, a startup dedicated to clean medicines and health products for kids and families. Mila began her career in supply chain and operations, utilizing her Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Maryland. She later transitioned to marketing after earning her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She, her husband, and two boys enjoy outdoor adventures in their new home state of Wisconsin and around the world.
