Mr. Joost is co-president of Fermented Food Holdings Inc. and Managing Partner of JE Global, LLC. Before founding JE Global, LLC, Mr. Joost was Vice President and General Manager of Kraft Heinz Ingredients (KHI), a ~$0.5bn revenue division of the The Kraft Heinz Company. Over the course of his six-year career with Kraft Heinz he held various management positions, including as Head of US Foodservice Capabilities and Head of US Foodservice Budget & Business Planning. He also held positions within the company’s Finance function, where he was involved in Zero-Based Budgeting implementation and post-merger integration. He began his career with the H.J. Heinz Company in Pittsburgh, PA. He is also the managing partner of JECAP Management, LLC, the General Partner of a fund that invests in developing and operating almond farms in the Iberian peninsula. Mr. Joost graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 2014, where he majored in History. He attended boarding school (Winchester College) in the UK for high school and speaks English, Italian and Portuguese.
